When I think of the first time I met Megan I was in Alpha hospital in Woking. Such a scary situation yet I was in awe of her confidence and charisma. Regardless of if you were a patient or staff, whether you liked it or not you were going to be her friend.
To have someone that you can completely be yourself around, no judgment, completely open and she would accept you and love you for who you are.
She enriched our lives with her natural ability to make you laugh, that is rare. Even now when I think of her, even in this circumstance, she can still make me smile and laugh. 
From quoting shrek word for word with tears of happiness rolling down her face, to the wards catch phrase to be ‘boundaries megan’ said 10 times a day, to being an advocate for mental health and wanting the system to do better. 
She was a light in our lives, in the good and the bad.
